This July, Giving Tree seeks your support to help Mrs. Kairunnisa Mapari, a 70-year-old woman who urgently requires laparoscopic bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy with hysterectomy due to a serious medical condition involving:

• Right ovarian cyst adenoma

• Chronic bladder obstruction

• Rectal prolapse

Mrs. Mapari is under the care of Dr. Mahesh Sontakke at Axon Hospital, Andheri (E), Mumbai. The surgery is vital to prevent further complications and significantly improve her quality of life.
